When will my order be shipped? Shipment of orders vary depending on the availability of the product. If is in stock, it will ship within 24-48 hours, usually sooner. For orders on back stock or pre-order, each listing will state when it will ship. Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days business days for domestic, 6-10 days for international mail. All domestic orders will receive a tracking number and can be tracked on the USPS website. International orders shipped First Class Airmail do not come with a tracking number. To receive a tracking number, you must upgrade to either International Priority or Express Mail. We only accept exchanges or store credit. Please read more on our RETURN POLICY below. Do you accept custom orders? Wholesale orders? Yes, we accept custom and wholesale orders. Please read more about CUSTOM ORDERS AND WHOLESALE listed below. An item is listed as sold out. Will you receive more of it? Once an item is labeled SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. However, they are rare.
PAYMENT: We currently accept any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card payments via Paypal or Google Wallet. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, custom orders and wholesale orders. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the following business day. All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. Nakimuli reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly. FREE SHIPPING: We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $200. Orders sent by Priority Mail shipping usually arrive within 2-3 days. LOCAL PICK-UP: Customers living in the NYC area can schedule to pick up their package. Please email us if you are interested in scheduling a pick-up. Pick-ups are only scheduled on weekdays from 10am-5pm.
The following are the delivery methods available with estimated arrival time: FIRST CLASS MAIL, NO tracking number - 2-4 weeks PRIORITY MAIL with tracking number - 6-10 days, varies depending on destination EXPRESS MAIL with tracking number - 3-5 days ***If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. TAXES & DUTIES AND LOST PACKAGES: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We do not refund for lost packages. If you are concerns about lost packages, we suggest you add insurance to your shipment.
We do not accept returns for refunds; all returns will be granted in the form of store credit or as an exchange. Merchandise may be exchanged within 21 days of the delivery of the order. All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Requests received after 21 days will only be accepted at our discretion for store credit. We do not provide free return shipping or pay for return shipments. We will only refund shipping charges if we shipped the wrong size or if the item is defective. If you are making an exchange, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: The following items are non-returnable/not eligible for store credit:
***Vintage clothing is pre-worn. As a result, some pieces may show signs of wear. We carefully inspect each item and note any signs of wear in our descriptions.*** See our Size Chart for detailed information on sizing. Please note that colors may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor. We try to include the color of the item in the description section. If you have any concerns about specific colors, please email our customer service. We will help you select the color(s) that are right for you.
We accept custom orders based on our designs. Check out our Custom Orders page for more details. We accept wholesale orders from buyer with brick and mortar stores. Check out our Wholesale page for more details. We do not accept consignment offers.
PREORDERS, BACK ORDER, AND SOLD OUT ITEMS Preordered items are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders that contain both preordered items and items currently in stock are shipped once the preordered items have arrived. A lot of our items sell out quickly. We place items on back order once we run out and expect a new shipment soon. Items placed on back order will be indicated, including an estimated ship date. Once an item is labeled SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. However, they are rare.
Nakimuli Inc recognizes and agrees that the privacy of all personal information is important to our customers. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe, and most importantly, in the control of the customer. We do no share any credit card information with any third parties other than for the use of processing payments for the merchandise you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business.
