When will my order be shipped? How long will it take to arrive?

Orders take 1-10 business days to ship (excluding holidays & weekends) depending on the availability of the product. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days business days for domestic, 6-10 days for international mail.

 

Can I track my order?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail and will receive a tracking number that can be tracked on the USPS website (www.usps.com). International orders shipped USPS First Class Airmail or USPS International Priority do not come with a traceable tracking number. To receive a tracking number, you must upgrade to USPS Express Mail.

 

What is your return policy?

Do you accept custom orders? Wholesale orders?

An item is listed as sold out. Will you receive more of it?

Once an item is labeled SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. If this happens, we will make announcement via email and/or social media and will put it back online.
