ORDERING

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We will always try our best to make changes before we ship out orders. If you need to change or cancel your order, call us as soon as possible at 718.857.2200, Monday-Friday 11am-6pm.

What is the status of my order?

Currently, orders take approximately 5-8 days to ship (excluding holidays & weekends) depending on the availability of the product. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you can click on the link and see the status of your delivery. You can also contact Customer Care anytime and we can provide an update.

What if my order arrives damaged or an item is missing?

Call us immediately at 718.857.2200. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Note: Sometimes orders will ship out in separate shipments. Make sure to check your shipping confirmation email to see which ones have shipped.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

Sales tax will only be charged at checkout on orders shipped to New York that are $110 and over. 

I live overseas. Will I be charged custom/duty fees?

Most likely. We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order has shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. We have no say on whether you will get charged nor how much the fee will be; your country determines that. 

SOLD OUT ITEMS

An item is listed as sold out. Will you receive more of it?

Once an item is labeled SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. If this happens, we will make announcement via email and/or social media and will put it back online. And you can always email us regarding the sold out items.

Do you accept custom orders? Wholesale orders?

We are currently not accepting wholesale requests.

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size to order?

Our general Size Chart is a good place to start. Be sure to read the product’s Garment Fit located next to the Description tab. If there is anything important you should know, we will mention it here. Our Size Chart is located on the tab next to Garment Fit. If you still have questions, you can call Customer Care Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. EST. 

Do you have anywhere I can try things on?

Yes! If you are in New York, you can schedule an appointment to visit our Brooklyn showroom.

Are the same items in the showroom and online?

For the most part, yes. However, we sometimes carry exclusives that may not make it to the website.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

What is your exchange and return policy?

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the delivery of the order for a full refund, exchanged within 14 days for another product. (Return requests received after 7 days will only be accepted at our discretion.) Some restrictions apply, please read more about our return and exchange policies here.

SHIPPING

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship according to product availability. Some orders can ship the next business day. Other orders can take 5-7 business days to ship from our location. Express Mail orders ship out faster than Priority Mail. Visit our Shipping page to learn more. 

GIFT CARDS

Can I purchase a Nakimuli Gift Card?

You can purchase a gift card here. FYI, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
